We are privately owned by Welsh business man Geraint Hawkes who has owned his own company for the past 25 years.
Geraint chose to set up Amadora Luxury Villas after first visiting Cyprus 10 years ago on a family holiday and totally fell in love with the island. He runs his own family business and the trip abroad allowed them all to switch off, recharge and soak up Cyprus life. The Island soon became one of their favourite holiday destinations as it seduced them with its wonderful climate, fabulous beaches and unrivalled hospitality extended by the welcoming Cypriots.
After spending a considerable amount of time in Protoras specifically, Geraint decided to buy land in the area with the view to creating luxury villas where professionals and their families could relax. Amadora is not a Development or an Investment Company, simply a family owned business created in Protoras inviting our guests to come and enjoy the beauty of the area and enjoy staying in the luxurious setting of your own private villa. Amadora now has 10 villas all located together in a superb location that offers our guests every amenity within a few minutes walk, and still private enough to enjoy peace and relaxation around your own private swimming pool.
Amadora has a completely different approach to all other companies. We care about our own personal properties, we care about our clients as if they were our family. Our villas are unique and we welcome you as a family member. We are on site 24 hours every day to cater for your every need. Our villas are attracting not only our target market of families and retired people but also couples on honeymoon in Cyprus, those getting married in Cyprus, or even attending a wedding in Cyprus, as well as those looking to set up home in Cyprus but opting to rent a villa initially to allow them to test the water or until they find and buy a property in Cyprus.
The complex is run by British staff, who look after the villas on a day to day basis and also care for our clients everyday needs once they step off the plane at Larnaca International Airport.
David is the General Manager of the Amadora complex, and he will ensure that everything runs smoothly from your initial booking contact with us, all the way through to the end of your Cyprus holiday, and he will be ready and willing to assist with your next holiday to Cyprus.
In addition, we have a UK office base for Amadora, situated in the town of Neath, South Wales.
